The law says that we have to identify the significant risks of injury or illness to our employees and those who may be impacted by our work activity. We then have to put proportionate measures in place which are reasonable and practicable to mitigate those risks - that’s it. At SSIP Approval Consultancy we are committed to supporting clients and developing a collaborative, sensible approach to add real value to your organization. Sam leads the team of IOSH Certified Safety Professionals and has over 10 years experience in Health & Safety and 20 years in Leadership at all levels.
Sam is an excellent, passionate, engaging, experienced speaker who commands respect based on his achievements, clear business relevant experience and 10 years of hands-on leadership experience at all levels. Sam has presented on safety and leadership management subjects at events in the UK and Europe.
Sam and his team have over 20 years’ experience as OSH professionals in a variety of sectors including Major Construction, Building Maintenance, Retail Construction, H&S Consultancy, Security Companies Health & Safety Training, Behavioral Safety Training and Leadership Development Training. Sam has enjoyed incorporating what he has learnt across many industries including his Military experience. Utilizing valuable skills learnt during his time in the military, Sam believes in creating change by fostering a belief that true leadership at the “Sharp End” is the key to success
